Purpose and legal basis of data processing

The district of Vorpommern-Rügen processes your personal data exclusively for the purpose of providing advice from the Welcome Center. The processing of personal data takes place on the basis of consent in accordance with Art. 6 Abs. 1 Buchstabe a DSGVO.

Data recipient

The Welcome Center of the district of Vorpommern-Rügen is entitled, on the basis of the declaration of consent, to pass on personal data to its partners with prior written consent.

Storage periods

The district of Vorpommern-Rügen saves your personal data in order to fulfill the tasks of the Welcome Center. If you withdraw your consent, these will be deleted immediately or stored anonymously for statistical purposes. An automatic deletion or anonymization of personal data takes place 6 months after the end of the consultation process.

Transmission to a third country
